We are looking for a Installation and Startup Coordinator to join our Project Planning department.
Functions:
Keeping PM as the main communication of the project with customer, work in direct collaboration with PM, being the manager of the start-up of the projects at customer's facilities.
During the final phase of the projects in Dara, understanding adjustments and FAT validation phase, collaborate with the project work teams to collect information, installation needs and necessary aspects to prepare and guarantee a correct execution of the installation and commissioning at customer's premises.
In strategic projects, before starting the installation and commissioning activities, travel to the customer's facilities to ensure that they meet the requirements for the technical teams to work properly ensuring the correct installation and commissioning of the projects.
After reviewing the status of the client's facilities, inform the PM, agreeing with PM the possibility of starting the installation and commissioning activities.
Participate with the technical team in the initial phase of the installation and commissioning activities, coordinating and ensuring compliance with the planning of activities, and reporting progress to PM.
Any needs required by the installation team at customer's site, manage to solve and provide the necessary materials and resources to carry out the project, contacting directly with Dara's production team, and reporting to PM.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally between 40% and 60% of the working time.
To know and comply with the established quality procedures and instructions.
Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities developed.
Apply the instructions for waste management and reduction of energy and material consumption.
Comply with and enforce the instructions for the prevention of occupational hazards.
Requirements:
Technical engineering of industrial nature, or university degree in engineering of industrial nature, or experience of more than 3 years in facility management and commissioning of industrial machinery of high technological level.
Previous experience: 3 years in a similar position, preferably in machinery manufacturing companies and/or environments with a high level of technical.
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic person.
English minimum B2, desirable C1
Office automation skills, MS Office package.
Use of Primavera and/or MS Project project management software.
