We are looking for an Area Manager focused on the West Coast of North America to carry out the following tasks:
- Identify sales opportunities in the assigned area.
- Recruitment of new distributors / search for potential agents.
- Train agents to ensure effective promotion of Dara Pharma in the territory.
- Representing the company at international trade shows in our field.
- Train agents to ensure effective promotion of Dara Pharma in the territory.
- Negotiate projects at the closing stage.
- Communicate with clients during the production process, especially in cases of deviations or misunderstandings regarding what was sold or manufactured.
- Follow up on payments and mediate in case of discrepancies related to the sold products.
- Follow up on opportunities to update offers as appropriate.
- Be the link between the customer and the production plant through the project manager and technical departments to carry the customized project.
The functions described will be carried out in the pharmaceutical sector (pharmaceutical companies) worldwide, attracting new distributors and assigning some already established distributors in different markets.
Requirments:
- 5 or more years of experience as an Area Manager in an international company within the machinery manufacturing sector.
- Highly valued experience in the Packaging sector and Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in selling customized projects.
- Able to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
