High-speed continuous crimping machine through tangential rollers, ready for its integration after a freeze dryer. Additionally, the equipment can feature coding, track&trace, rejection, and sampling.
NFL/2
Filling and closing machine for nested vials, syringes, and cartridges. An upstream pass box under LAF allows safe infeed of the nests. The machine is easy to integrate with debbaging, delidding, and denesting modules as well as end-of-line assembling devices as plunger rods, finger grips, safety devices, and labeling.
NLS Line
Complete integrated line for nested vials, syringes, and cartridges, with automatic loading and unloading system into a freeze dryer through a robot.
