SX-70 IV Bag

Tabletop machine for automatic filling and closing of IV bags.

The present aseptic machine is a filling and closing tabletop device to process all types of flexible bags of EVA, PVC, or PP with one or multiple chambers. The positioning of the ports is automatic.

For productions from 400 to 1,600 uph.

The design has been made in accordance with the cGMP and US-FDA norms, and in special compliance with the requirements of pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

This equipment is suitable for clinical trials as well as for wide production batches.

The filling station allows 2 types of dosing:

• Through peristaltic pumps SpeedFill.
• Through mass flow system. 

Fully integrated closing system minimizes the risk of contamination. The equipment is ideal for all common ports, such as:

• Injection port.
• Infusion port with aluminium cap.
• Transfer port.
• Luer lock.
• Twist off.

Optional equipment:

• Cleaning and sterilization system CIP / SIP.
• Gas flushing before or after the filling.
• Laminar Flow / RABS / Isolator.
• Software for all relevant production data.
• IQ / OQ validation package.
• Printing / Codification.
