Customer service technician -worldwide travel

We are looking for after-sales service technicians to carry out the following tasks:

• Carry out installation, start-up and training of the industrial machinery manufactured by Dara in the facilities of our national and international clients.
• Prepare reports on installations, training and pending installation points.
• Act as the customer's interlocutor to channel their requests and/or needs that appeared during the installation.
• Carry out corrective and preventive repairs and technical updates of the industrial machinery supplied to our national and international clients.
• Prepare reports of repairs or updates, to assess their intervention and activate internal continuous improvement processes in our company.
• Know and comply with the established quality procedures and instructions.
• Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities carried out.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 2 to 7 years experience in a similar position.
