Scrum: The new dimension within the process that drives the work methodology at Dara Pharma

Workflow is an essential part of a well-functioning company. At Dara Pharma, Agustí Prats, Operations & Electrical & SW Design Director, Isaac Tejero, Project Management & Planning Director, Anna Brunet, Engineering Operations Leader and Francesc Tasquer, Production Manager, came up with a new methodology to unify and improve the fluidity between departments.

The Scrum project aims to improve the evolution and management of projects. The departments linked to this methodology seek to give more agility in the production and design processes, looking for an awareness towards the work seen in a transversal way to the reality of each one seen individually. The objective to be pursued is to promote TEAM work and that each of the members feels that they are part of a common objective.
