Customer Service Agent (CSA)

We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (CSA) to join our Aftersales department.

Functions:

  • Elaborate offers for technical assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Act as the customer's interlocutor to channel their requests in the post-delivery stage.
  • Coordinate the action of internal and external agents involved in the satisfaction of after-sales needs by integrating their actions.
  • Support the commercial action by offering after-sales support during the negotiation of new projects.
  • Coordinate internal and/or external resources.
  • Answer requests from customers.
  • Prepare reports and offers of After Sales Services.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Department new orders.
  • Analyze breakdowns in the supplied installations as part of the improvement process.
  • Follow up on projects and installations until completion.
  • Know and comply with established quality procedures and instructions.
  • Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities developed.

Requirements:

  • FP-II, Technical Engineering.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in the After-Sales Service Department.
  • Minimum experience of 1 year as a technician in the industrial sector of machinery manufacturing.
  • Customer-orientated
  • Experience in project management for an effective interlocution with customers and an adequate organization of assistance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English level both oral and written.
